We will work with you to assess your overall movement history, your medical history, and your goals moving forward. Your therapist will then perform a thorough physical evaluation. The physical evaluation will let the therapist know what your movement issues are. Timothy Lim is a physical therapist at DynamX Physical Therapy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in molecular, cell, developmental Biology from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Southern California (USC). Tim has had a lot of different clinical experiences including: Pediatrics, Inpatient, ICU, Outpatient Orthopedics, and Hand Therapy. He has also completed a 16-week clinical internship at Keck Hospital of USC where he worked in the Neuro ICU and with patients of various neurologic disorders, including spinal cord injury, stroke, and traumatic brain injury. He also completed a 16-week clinical at LAC+USC Medical Center, where he worked with a variety of orthopedic conditions, both post-surgical and non-surgical. Tim loves getting people back to living life and enjoying the things they love to do. When he is not in the clinic, he can be found playing basketball and rooting for the Lakers. Tim is currently going through the 40 week GIFT Fellowship through the Gray Institute. This gives him an advanced ability to use principles to drive specific functional change into your every day movement.
