Design the lobby and model residences at The Adams Post Brothers names Philippe Maidenberg Project Designer for final Presidential City Building

HILADELPHIA, PA — Post Brothers has tapped internationally renowned architect Philippe Maidenberg to design the lobby and model residences at The Adams, the fourth and final building to be redeveloped at Presidential City. This marks first foray into the United States market for Maidenberg, who specializes in bringing innovative hospi- tality design concepts to life in luxury buildings across Paris. Maidenberg’s designs are intended to combine classi- cal references combined with contemporary aesthetic as a nod to the historical themes of Presidential City. Residents and guests at The Adams will be welcomed by an entirely renovated lobby, complete with lighting, furniture, and finishes hand-selected or designed by Maidenberg himself. He will also lead the design of the building’s model apartments, arranged to reflect the new aesthetic of The Adams lobby. “Our goal at Presidential City is to reinvent what had become a bland apartment complex into a community that really shows a passion for quality and inno- vation,” said Mike Pestronk , CEO of Post Brothers. “We have created distinct but har- monious aesthetics for each of Presidential City’s towers and amenity areas, and we’re excited to have Phillippe bring his vision to its final building.” Added Maidenberg: “When considering the designs and elements used in the project, we’re preserving several his- torical references mixed with a fresh, modern design. “Once completed, The Adams will offer a sophisticated, but welcoming lobby that residents will be proud to return to each day.” As the team embarks to rein- vent The Adams, Post Brothers has placed the finishing touches on The Jefferson at Presidential City. The Jefferson, a 331-unit residential tower, is the third of four buildings to receive gut renovations and upgrades, part of the massive 1,000-unit rede- velopment of the iconic apart- ment complex located at the foot of City Ave. in Philadelphia. Each of Presidential City’s one, two, and three-bedroom residences embody the portrait of urban class and stylish living. Rooms feature recessed LED overhead lighting and energy- efficient, carbon-free electric heating and cooling systems. n P
