The benefit to the tenant was measured by CBRE locating a cutting-edge environ- ment while accommodating their long term office space needs; and the savings were largely due to the Landlord agreeing to provide warehouse space for the tenant’s growth over the next five years. This was an extremely complicated transaction with multiple pain points for both sides and at the end of the day the CBRE team launched the Landlord’s project and secured iCIMS as the first anchor tenant in the complex.
