Size: 1.24 million SF Brokers: Stanley Danzig, Jules Nissim, Ste- phen Elman, Michael Terranova, Catherine Bounczek Following Rockefeller Group and Alfieri, LLC’s speculative development of a 930,000 SF industrial facility at Cranbury Station Park, Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 1.24 million- square-foot lease to Wayfair, an e-commerce gi- ant at the Class A, state-of-the-art warehouse and distribution property. The transaction, which in- volved a second building totaling 311,000 square feet, epitomizes the desirability of New Jersey’s industrial market.

Size: 110,000 SF Brokers: LMC team and Chuck Fern of Cushman & Wakefield Armouth International Inc., a New York-based wholesale distributor of discount apparel, leased 170 Circle Drive North in Piscataway in its entirety. The 110,000 SF industrial building is part of Rut- gers Industrial Center, a five-building, 535,000 SF industrial/warehouse complex managed by LMC. Armouth International’s new space offers the firm room to grow, along with abundant on-site parking and superior highway access. This long-term transac- tion brought Rutgers Industrial Center to 100 percent occupancy. The property is located in the heart of Middlesex County, easily accessible to I-287 and just five miles from Exit 10 of the New Jersey Turnpike.
