Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners developed and constructed a four-story LEED Gold Core & Shell and Platinum Interiors, Class A+ office building for MetLife’s investment division. Building amenities include a 424-space parking deck, execu- tive parking (under building), outdoor amphitheater and outdoor patio entertainment center. Inside, the building features a high-end corporate cafeteria, fit- ness center with locker rooms and personal trainers, multiple dedicated meeting rooms and an expansive town hall conference center, breakout rooms, and a trading floor. The building is part of the redevelop- ment of a 194-acre former Alcatel-Lucent campus that also includes Bayer Healthcare’s East Coast HQ.

Edison Village centers on the industrial-to-residential transformation of the historic Thomas Edison Inven- tion Factory and Commerce Center; it represents the largest non-waterfront adaptive-reuse redevelopment project in New Jersey. In 2016, Prism broke ground on the project’s Phase I, which involves the renova- tion and reconstruction of the 100-year-old factory complex. It will house 333 rental units, 18,500 SF of retail (offering restaurants and café-type concepts) and a 630-space parking facility. An interior plaza will be open to the public during daytime hours. Phase II will incorporate approximately 230 townhouses and an additional 20,000 SF of retail.

Still under construction Evesham (Marlton), NJ Size: 583,858 SF Located on the highly-trafficked Route 70, at its inter- section with North Locust Avenue, The Shoppes and Residences at Renaissance Square, when completed, will be a mixed-use center that is located on the prop- erty formerly known as Tri-Towne Plaza. The rede- veloped property will contain 583,858 SF of residen- tial luxury apartments (338 units), retail, restaurants, medical, office, and commercial space. The portion of the mixed-use facility that faces Route 70 will be con- verted into an open space and park complete with new jogging paths, walkways, and a pond.
