Resource Label Group, LLC, Franklin, Tennessee, a provider of pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC technology for the packaging industry has completed a merger agreement with funds managed by the Private Equity Group of Ares Management Cor- poration. Resource Label was previously a portfolio company of First Atlantic Capital and TPG Growth. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Resource Label Group’s executive management team, led by Mike Apperson, President and CEO, will continue to guide the company. Resource Label re- cently completed its 19th acquisition in May 2021 and now operates 19 key manufacturing locations in North America. Resource Label Group, LLC employs more than 1400 associates in the United States and Canada.
