ARC International, DTM Flexo Join Forces In Canada ARC International has entered into a new partner- ship with Canada-based flexographic specialists DTM Flexo Services Inc. to represent its line of anilox and glue roller set products and services in Canada. In ad- dition, the company is announcing its North American partnership for the launch of “Vortex” a new technolo- gy aimed at corrugated post print. ARC International has strategic manufacturing sites in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Las Vegas, Nevada. The location of ARC’s manufacturing site in Las Vegas allows for servicing Central and Western Canadian customers, and the manufacturing facility in Charlotte, can service Eastern Canada customers. DTM Flexo Services will be the exclusive representa- tive in Canada for ARC International with Kerry Byrne, Technical Sales Director for DTM, heading up the sales of the ARC International product lines for the Canadi- an market. TLMI Opens Registration For Annual Meeting TLMI has opened the registration for the face-to-face, two-and-a-half-day Annual Meeting taking place Octo- ber 17-19, 2021, at the Naples Grande Hotel in Florida The event will feature new networking opportuni- ties for members, an expanded supplier showcases and reception, guest speakers, educational program- ming, and the always much-anticipated announce- ments of the Converter of the Year, Supplier of the Year, Sustainability Leadership and TLMI Print Awards winners.Additionally, the winners of this year’s Eugene Singer Award, announced during TLMI’s Virtual Spring Summit, will be honored and celebrated. The meeting will kick off with Alan Beaulieu,trends forecaster and President of ITR Economics. He will take the audience through the state of the market and what 2022 holds for the industry. Other speakers will be addressing some of the most critical issues, includ- ing workforce development, supply chain stability and sustainability. XSYS Joins Forces With Nilpeter, Reproflex XSYS has partnered with narrow web flexo press manufacturer Nilpeter and pre-press specialist Repro- flex Scandinavia. The products included in the new project comprise the nyloflex FTS Digital plates, printing on Nilpeter FA- 17 press and pre-press services by Reproflex.
