For this 4th Showcase we’ve added:
- 3 new free hard-standing Official overflow car parks - an entire fleet of free First Group fastrack shuttle buses - outdoor advertising: from 40 buses to station posters - the newly completed West Stand making 225 stand spaces
Business Showcase South West, 5th October, Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol
Welcome
This Showcase is the biggest free business event in the South West of England and uses all of Ashton Gate Stadium. Enterprise, the world’s biggest car hire company, has sponsored all the Showcases to date. For October, we have already welcomed back NatWest & Worldpay and welcome Rybrook (Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Maclaren). Previous Sponsors have included First Great Western, Barclays and Corporate Traveller. Branding • The Event described as ‘Sponsored by ..... ’ • Larger Space (min 4 x normal Stand area) in a BEST spot • Banners, Floor Arrows & Screens with your logo on display • logo on our website: sticky and above the fold • your at top of Delegate & Exhibitor ticketing systems • logo underneath most of the promotional occurrences

• your logo on rear of 40 buses, station posters, 14 Taxis (deadline for taxis is 05/08) • your logo on delegate lanyards (white on red or green backgrounds) • Full page advert early in the event brochure and logo on e-Brochure cover • Prominent Logo in design of ‘holding slide’ before & after speeches • Prominent Logo in design of lectern artwork & event fliers • Logo on Showcase Staff sashes during event day • There will only be up to 6 Main Event Sponsors for 5th October including NatWest & Worldpay and Rybrook Specialist Cars

• Promotional email of 200 words with Logo to c.7000+ contacts prior (or post) event (shared with 1 other Sponsor) • Database – leading up to event, a c.weekly email is sent to BSSW/Only Connect database (c.7000-12500+ contacts including entrepreneurs, business owners, CEOs, senior management). Clickable logo in each. • LinkedIn Only Connect Group: Currently 2173 members. We often send an email to this closed group. The same goes for Business Showcase LinkedIn Group with 1290. • Social Media – leading up to event, we send c.weekly updates via Twitter / Facebook / LinkedIn and mention Sponsors in comms often.
