NEWGIZA, Giza, Egypt
Located in the 6th of October district, approximately 23 km from central Cairo, NEWGIZA is one of Egypt’s largest integrated upscale developments. Spanning more than 1,500 acres, the master planned community combines residential, hospitality, commercial and healthcare components within a landscaped, pedes- trian-friendly environment. Designed around 10 distinct neighbourhoods, the project allocates close to 90% of its land area to green space. Planned amenities include a five-star hotel, offices, restaurants, cinemas, art galleries, a music venue, a sports club, a championship golf course and curated retail districts – creating a self-contained live–work–leisure destination. Drawing architectural inspiration from histor- ic Giza while incorporating contemporary infrastructure and smart technologies, NEWGIZA will also feature New Giza Health Park, a large-scale medical district positioned as a future hub for advanced healthcare services.

The Sustainable City, Yiti
In Muscat, The Sustainable City – Yiti is a one-million-square-metre development positioned as a premier carbon-neutral tourist destination on the Gulf of Oman. Developed by OM- RAN Group and Diamond Developers, it blends beachfront living with regen- erative hospitality, including a five-star marina, private beach, hotels such as Hotel Indigo, and branded residences. Built on six sustainability pillars, it aims for net-zero emissions by 2040 through renewable energy, water recy- cling and car-free mobility. Wider efforts include the protection of Ras Al Shajar Nature Reserve and the development of sustainable eco-lodges in the Jabal Akhdar region, expanding Oman’s low-impact tourism offering.
South Med Project, North Coast
Ras El Hekma, North Coast, Egypt
Developed by Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), South Med is a large-scale mixed-use destination on Egypt’s Mediterranean coast, west of Alexan- dria. The master-planned develop- ment, which combines hospitality, residential, retail and leisure com- ponents, will feature premium villas and apartments, hotels, commercial districts, entertainment zones and expansive public spaces. South Med forms part of Egypt’s broader strategy to reposition the North Coast as a year-round tourism destination.
