Senior Associate and Associate roles. Overview. To act as a lead member of a project team, taking briefs from the partner / project leader, working under own initiative to deliver projects from inception to completion. Undertaking surveys and providing and/or reviewing designs and specifications of systems in primary engineering discipline. To develop and assist others in order to create integrated systems. Ensuring a holistic approach to the delivery of building designs. Working in a coordinated way with other professionals, developing effective relationships to stimulate future business growth. To deliver projects and design outputs on time, to contract and within budget, as well as identifying business development opportunities wherever possible.
