Mid-Atlantic Commerce Center MT. LAUREL, NJ — NAI Mertz has completed the folow- ing industrial transactions: NAI Mertz leasing team of Scott Mertz, SIOR , presi- dent, and Jonathan Klear , senior VP, have successfully leased a 26,740 s/f industrial space to a local food packaging company at 103 Central Ave. in Mt. Laurel. This space was one of the last remaining units at the 112,000 s/f industrial/warehouse build- ing. NAI Mertz has long served as exclusive leasing agents for this property. “This local food packaging company entered in a long-term lease for this space during the height of the COVID-19 pan- demic,” said Mertz. Andrew Johnson , sales as- sociate, and Klear represented its client, South Jersey Glass and Door, in the sale of its 22,920 s/f industrial/flex prop - erty located at 2732 S.
