Work out the quantity and measurements required for each piece of fabric. STEP 3
Make sure you have the right thread and any template trims. STEP 4

Then the fun begins! Cut all the fabrics and begin to piece it together, STEP 5

Once you have the top of the quilt put together now, it's time to decide on a backing fabric and a suitable batting (polyester, cotton, cotton bamboo, bamboo) STEP 7
Then sandwich them together and work out how you're going to quilt it by hand or machine. STEP 8
Bind the edge and then enjoy your finished quilt on your bed or lounge. STEP 9
