2 What’s your go-to radio station or favourite on-site song that gets everyone singing? ETN: I work in the office estimating, so it takes a lot of concentrating. I listen to the local Gloucestershire radio station, which is great for connecting with the community and learning how people and business support the wider community, which is inspiring. 5 If you weren’t a builder or in construction, what would you do? ETN: I wasn’t always in construction. I’m a qualified Chinese massage practitioner, but after years of massaging my hands started giving up. There are lots of jobs I would be interested in taking on.
