via meaningful University community involvement. The also set a deadline for a final draft of the plan. Change management was a topic of discussion related to most issues. During my evaluation (executive session) all Trustees discussed the need to be intentional about managing change. Trustees discussed the need to develop better teamwork within the Cabinet. During both the Retreat and Executive Session, the Trustees noted the importance of a unified and effective executive team. Through their observation and based on my 360 assessment, they suggested we do not currently enjoy that important attribute. During my evaluation (executive session) all
