q Consult with incident commander to determine needs of the incident.
q Provide equipment for the primary Emergency Operations Center.
q Provide equipment and personnel to perform shutdown procedures, establish hazardous area controls, erect barricades, and perform damage assessment, debris clearance, emergency repairs and equipment protection.
q Provide vehicles, equipment and operators for the movement of personnel and supplies, and assigns vehicles as needed.
q Provide utility repairs.
q Furnish emergency power and lighting systems.
q Survey habitable spaces and relocates essential services and functions.
