CHECKLIST FOR DIRECTOR OF HEALTH AND COUNSELING CENTER
q Coordinate the use of health and medical resources and personnel involved in providing medical assistance to patients.
q Review and prepare emergency health and medical plans in conjunction with the heads of local public health, emergency medical (EMS), hospital, environmental health, mental health, and mortuary services, or their designees, to ensure their practicality and interoperability.
q Coordinate disaster plans with representatives of fire and police departments, emergency management agencies, military departments, State and Federal agencies, and the American Red Cross.
q Advise Incident Commander regarding communicable disease issues, if appropriate.
