q Provide guidance on work and the union contract.

q Coordinate the response of Human Resources to assist employees in the emergency effort.

q Track and report employee injuries.

q Provide guidance to the EPG and IC on employee compensation, hours of work and other employee related rules, regulations or agreements.

q Provide guidance to EPG and IC on determining essential employees.

q Maintain a list of all employees, job description and contact information.
