Overall Project Status
The project is in a status of “At Risk.” Adjustments were made to the project that include a focus on data mart development, committed resources and management roles & responsibility changes. The timeline is aggressive and resources will need to be kept focused and on track. An agile approach will be employed to achieve the gains necessary for a Jan 31 st deployment. The project is still at risk of not delivering all of the data marts and dashboards identified. The primary risk factor is data availability and quality. Data assessments are underway. The project budget of $838,388 will be fully utilized. Any additional costs due to resource extensions will be approved by and paid for Operations.
