Three of Pentacles is the card for the month. The three figures in this card each have a job to do. There is the engineer the architect and the stone mason. All of them are experts in their field and need the expertise of each other to complete a project. The body language in this card tells me that they work well together and appreciate the importance of what the other bring to the table. This month we find ourselves with a demanding agenda and competing priorities. We have families that need us, jobs that demand our attention, cats that have sick tummies (oh wait that’s just me), and homes to run with task lists coming out of our ears! To keep things running smoothly we need to stop trying to manage everything ourselves. We are used to things happening at the speed of light. We live in a mad mad world, this week let’s look around and see the individual talent on your team be it at home or at work. Get advice where you need it, give the right job to the right person, there is no “I” in "team" as the saying goes.
