Loosens Low Back
FIGURE 4 STRETCH Lie partially on your stomach, bend one hip up with the knee bent. Hold for 10 seconds repeat 3 times.
HAMSTRING STRETCH While lying on your back, raise up your leg and hold the back of your knee until a stretch is felt.
