CBI Once home to the original Krystal diner, the EMJ Special Projects team converted this empty downtown space into a modern workspace while maintaining the character of the original structure by exposing the existing brick walls and polishing portions of the original slab. The project scope also included mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, two new restrooms and a new exterior storefront.
