Cool Springs Galleria EMJ converted a former Sears department store into five contemporary retail spaces, including Belk, H&M and American Girl. Exterior and interior renovations required significant structural modifications as well as a new façade and mall entrance and upgraded lighting, flooring and restrooms. The completed space acts as a seamless extension of the two-level mall corridor.
