Prescott-Russell’s Novas-CALACS Francophone Centre recently received a grant from the federal government, on April 23. The announcement was made by Glengarry-Prescott-Russell Member of Parliament Francis Drouin, on behalf of the Honorable Maryam Monsef, Minister of International Development and Minister of Women and Gender Equality, at the Microtel of Casselman.
