CONCERNANT UNE PROPOSITION D’AMENDEMENT AU RÈGLEMENT DE ZONAGE N O 20-2018 (D14-133) AVIS EST DONNÉ que le Conseil municipal de la Corporation de la ville de Hawkesbury tiendra une réunion publique le lundi 20 août 2018 à 19h à l’Hôtel de ville, 600, rue Higginson, afin de considérer une proposition d’amendement au Règlement de zonage N o 20-2018, sous l’article 34 de la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire, R.S.O. 1990. Le 25 juin 2018, la ville de Hawkesbury a accepté la demande de modification au règlement de zonage par la résolution no. R-263-18 en vertu de l’article 10.0.0.2 de la Loi sur l’aménagement du territoire. L’objectif de la demande est de reconnaître l’usage existant de la station-service Econo Gas et de permettre l’augmentation du nombre de pompes à essence et d’y construire un dépanneur. La demande d’amendement au Règlement de zonage sera spécifique à la propriété sise au 790-792 rue Main Est, situé à l’intersection des rues Main Est et Hamilton, connu comme étant la partie du lot 2, du plan M-5, dans la ville de Hawkesbury, Comtés unis de Prescott et Russell. TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury will hold a public meeting on Monday, August 20th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 600 Higginson Street to consider a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to Zoning By-law N o 20-2018 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990. On June 25, 2018, the Town of Hawkesbury accepted the application for Zoning By-law Amendment through the adoption of Resolution no. R-263-18 in accordance with the Section 10.0.0.2 of the Planning Act. The purpose of the application is to recognize the existing use of the Econo Gas service station and to increase the number of gas pumps and build a convenience store. The Zoning By-law Amendment application will be specific for the property at 790- 792 Main Street East, located at the intersection of Main Street East and Hamilton Street, known as part of Lot 2, Plan M-5, in the Town of Hawkesbury, United Counties of Prescott and Russell. IF A PERSON or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury’s Council to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury’s Council before the by-law is passed, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
