RADIATORS AND SANITARY WARE

SPECIALIST SUPPLIERS VERSATILE PROVIDED RADIATORS AND A COMPREHENSIVE RANGE OF PREMIUM SANITARY WARE WITH STYLE AND SUSTAINABILITY IN MIND…

V ersatile specialises in heating, cooling, ventilation and bathroom solutions. For the apartments at Hamilton Gardens, the experts supplied the exquisite Radik Line VKM8 steel panel radiator from the Minimalistic Line radiators in the bathrooms and throughout the apartment complex. “When it came to the style brief for the heating solution at Hamilton Gardens, our client expressed a clear desire for a sleek and contemporary aesthetic. Our task was to deliver a heating system that seamlessly blended into the modern architecture while also offering exceptional performance,” explained Andrew Treacy, Managing Director, Versatile. “To meet these requirements, we carefully selected radiators that embodied clean lines, minimalist design, and a timeless appeal.” According to Andrew, the client also emphasised the importance of energy efficiency and sustainability. “We ensured that the chosen radiators could operate effectively with low flow temperatures,

This not only aligned with the client’s vision for a contemporary heating solution but also contributed to the overall environmental goals of the project,” he added. Versatile also provided a comprehensive range of premium sanitary ware for the bathrooms in Hamilton Gardens. This included basins, toilets, baths, showers, brassware and tiles, all meticulously chosen to elevate the overall standard and ambience of the complex and minimise water waste. “There was an added emphasis on water conservation, and we understood the importance of integrating fixtures and fittings that minimise water waste while still maintaining the desired aesthetic,” he commented. The lack of continuity of supply caused by the COVID-19 pandemic was the main challenge faced by Versatile at Hamilton Gardens. Andrew explained the procurement and logistics team at Versatile worked diligently to secure the necessary supplies, “By exclusively partnering with manufacturers based in the European Union, we ensured a more

streamlined and efficient supply chain for our projects.” Hamilton Gardens stands out in Versatile’s project portfolio due to its sheer scale and significance. “As one of Ireland’s largest residential schemes, it holds a prominent position in the industry and showcases our ability to handle complex and substantial projects. Being entrusted with such a prestigious development is proof of the trust placed in Versatile and our proven track record of delivering exceptional results,” Andrew commented. One of the most satisfying aspects of the Hamilton Garden project for the company was the opportunity to collaborate with M&P Mechanical. “Their commitment to delivering excellence aligned perfectly with our values, and together we formed a strong partnership that contributed to the success of the project,” Andrew explained. “We look forward to continued collaboration with M&P Mechanical on future projects, further strengthening our relationship and collectively contributing to the success of our clients’ ventures.”
