Advanced Building Analytics Across Portfolio ESRT utilizes advanced smart building data and analytics software for intensive performance optimization across our commercial and multifamily portfolio. This Master System Integrator (MSI) operating system enables ESRT to view, trend, and manage building performance on one platform. It serves as the portfolio’s command center, where hundreds of thousands of data points are reported and analyzed into actionable recommendations in real time. It overlays onto our buildings’ BMS to provide Fault Diagnostics and Detection (FDD) and continuous digital commissioning. It allows ESRT to tie in multiple additional technologies and applications — such as lighting controls, tenant energy controls, preventative maintenance, energy and water submeter data, and document management — into the system for intensive review.
