“LOGAN’S LAW,” IS A BILLWHICH ALLOWS IOWANS TO REGISTER AS ORGAN, EYE, AND TISSUE DONORSWHEN OBTAINING THEIR HUNTING, FISHING, OR FUR HARVESTER LICENSE.

LOGAN’S LAW IS NAMED IN HONOR OF LOGAN LUFT , A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY FROM CHARLES CITY, IOWA, WHO PASSED AWAY IN 2017 AND SAVED MANY LIVES BY BECOMING AN ORGAN AND TISSUE DONOR.
