Ultrasonic Sensing With DATALINK The DATALINK System makes the implementation of ultrasonic sensing clamps simple and easy. Monitor up to 40 devices at once. Live and accurate position and pressure data. Easy setup with the "Teach Clamp" and "Teach Unclamp" buttons. Set up multiple programs and change them as needed. Integration with the machine is easy through discrete IO. Ready to use ultrasonic package available or pick components to create your own ultrasonic system. DATALINK provides power to IO Modules and ultrasonic sensors.
DATALINK System
IO Module
The DATALINK System (DLS) receives data from the IO Module and uses it to determine if clamp/unclamp locations and pressure are correct for the loaded program. Tolerances can be separately set for clamp and unclamp.
The IO Module receives data from all IO Link Pressure Switches and Ultrasonic Clamps. Up to 5 Modules can be linked together with the DATALINK System.
Ultrasonic Position Sensing Clamps
IO Link Pressure Switch
Ultrasonic Sensing Clamps are offered for Swing Clamps, Link Clamps, and Block Body Cylinders. Live and precise position data.
IO Link Pressure Switches can be used alongside the DATALINK System to confirm pressure has been met during clamp and/or unclamp.
