Failing to appreciate what a customer’s seeking leaves you vulnerable to another agent earning that client’s business down the road. But when you’ve consistently helped solve the problems of existing clients, you’ve already met them where they are. The next time they need help in that arena, they are infinitely more likely to turn to you, an established and trusted resource, for help.
