More than 100 call centre jobs that will disappear in January with the closure of the Teleperformance Canada call centre in Cornwall will not be going overseas, ac- cording to Bell Canada. “Those calls, we are going to be manag- ing internally, so we’ll be handling those calls that they have been managing for us,” Bell spokeswoman Jacqueline Michelis told The Journal.
