Deepen Your Faith
Letter From Our Leadership
Dear Student, Thank you for your interest in Word of Life Bible Institute!
We are committed to helping you build a life on mission. For this reason, we tailor our programs to emphasize spiritual growth, discipleship, and ministry as much as we emphasize studying the Bible in the classroom. We are here to support you as you grow. Your time at the Bible Institute will challenge and stretch you. There will be opportunities to see the Lord working in and through you in ways you may have never experienced before. We encourage you to jump in with both feet as you rely on the Lord and the community of believers He has around you. We hope you will prayerfully consider joining us this fall. It would be our joy to have you as a student here at Word of Life Bible Institute.

Community Each of our campuses offers an
engaging environment that promotes fun and fellowship in a culture of spiritual growth. Whether eating lunch with friends or enjoying an exciting campus activity, students build a foundation for biblical community to carry with them beyond the Bible Institute.
Devotions Bible reading and prayer are infused into the rhythms of student life. In addition to a daily Quiet Time with the Lord, students prepare short Bible studies to share with one another at regular dorm devotions. Discipleship Our staff are dedicated to cultivating biblical development by building meaningful connections with students. One-to- one discipleship, small groups, and home groups are all ways students can be a part of the relational life change that happens through discipleship.
“I attended Word of Life Bible Institute because it challenges students to dive deeper into their relationship with God, and that’s exactly what I was looking for. At the Bible Institute, I learned how to fully surrender and rely on the Lord, and it took so much weight off my shoulders.”
Ministry The goal of the Ministry Department is to prepare each student to live a life on mission wherever life takes them. Every student is placed on an outreach- team, putting their Biblical knowledge into practical action. focused ministry

Sports Ministry Word of Life Bible Institute Huskies Athletics is a unique ministry on our New York Campus that is focused on reaching other local college students through sports. Each game provides an opportunity for students to share their faith and connect with other athletes. Word of Life Bible Institute is a member of the USCAA and participates in the HVIAC.
“The classes were amazing, but the best part was being able to learn how to apply what I learned in the class to everyday life during ministry and with friends.”
Service Assignments As part of our program, students have the opportunity to pour into each other through assigned roles on campus. Not only do these positions foster a mindset of Christ-centered service, but they also provide practical training in a technical field. Culinary arts, housekeeping, live productions, marketing, and property services are just a few of the work areas where students can serve while learning a professional skill. Students leave the Bible Institute equipped with hands-on experience to transfer into their future occupation or ministry.
Yearbook and Social Media
“Working in productions, I learned the basic procedures and terminology to get plugged in to any production-related job and excel in it. I graduated with a desire to do a good job and to share my faith. This was the place that made me want to pursue this work full time.”
