The combination of routers, boring heads, and groving saw is all accomplished in a single pass through the machine. 6-Sided Machining The combination of top and bottom boring blocks, 32 MM on center, and four sided vertical boring blocks ensure efficient manufacturing. This motion is done simultanesouly resulting in high performance production. C Servo Motors All machine motion is governed by precision profiled linear guides and bearing blocks. This is controlled by servo amplifers and motors with absolute encoders. Helical rack and pinion ensure quick and smooth positioning accuracy. Infeed High-speed infeed guide measures both the length and thickness of the material to ensure accuracy of inserted part. The top boring block contains 12 vertical, 8 horizontal drills, and a circular saw blade. The bottom boring block is a group of 9 vertical drills.

Automatic 90 degree transfer table is located at the rear of the machine. This is especially useful when moving to a secondary process such as edgebanding. The concept of the machine is high performacne and high volume produciton.
