Barcode Scanner The machine control includes a barcode scanner to quickly load programs into the control. Electrical Cabinet The electrical cabinet is easy to access, housing the servo amplifiers and all other electircal components. Electrical components are from Delta, Omron, and Schneider. X-axis speeds are 3,150 inches per minute and Z-axis speeds are 787 inches per minute. Machining Head The spindle carriage assembly contains the main routing spindle with a 2.2kW (3 HP) motor and 12,000 RPM as well as a three drill boring head with 1kW (1.5 HP) motor and 32 MM centers.
