Experience Essential • Previous estates, facilities, security or relevant experience • Evidence of managing teams effectively • Sound knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety regulations, policy and practices • Good working knowledge of ICT and Microsoft Office including Spreadsheets • Working knowledge of industry software systems for facilities and asset management • Experience of contract administration • Construction and building development experience Desirable • Previous school/educational experience • Multi-site management
Qualifications Essential
• Good standard of education including; A Levels, Degree or Professional Qualifications such as MBIFM Level 5 or above • Hold (or committed to obtaining) an IOSH/NEBOSH qualification or equivalent • A willingness to learn new skills, complete training and contribute ideas • Hold or undertake training for first aid certification Desirable • Project management qualification • Professional CPD courses
