10 There are two ways to register the app. The Customer ID and Site ID can be manually typed in, OR the Mobile Device Activation Code report can be generated to display the QR code to scan. To type in the information, the Customer ID is always " Atrium " and the Site ID will be different depending on your location. This is the 5-7 digit code that appears on the Dashboard when logged into the website. **Neither field is case sensitive. Scanning the QR code will submit this information automatically.
Tip! Registration allows the app to connect automatically to your Transcendent server information. Recall how logging in through a PC always requires a Customer ID? Registering the app on a personal device establishes and retains the Customer ID, and even the Site ID for the location of the device. Each time the app is activated on a device, it absorbs a licence, which populates the Manage Devices table and tracks users, connections, app versions, OS/iOS versions, device names, platforms, last sync timestamps, etc., all for support purposes.
