7 Any role can perform work just as any role can request work. The difference is that one must be identified for work assignment through their account. Without it, even Mobile Users can't be assigned work. As for work requests, no special elections are needed to permit ticket submission. Making a user "work assignable" is controlled through the User Options in the user's account details. More can be found on this in the "How to Create a New User, 2026" guide.
8 There are a few other roles attached to users listed in your Active User lists but are unable to assign. These are Regional Site Administrator , Enterprise Manager , Enterprise Administrator , System Administrator , and Viewer . All except Viewer are assigned to above-property users. They share a lot of the same visibility, with limited modification permissions to extract data and run reports only. The separation of roles serves to prevent their accounts from being disabled at the site level if they are not recognized by the Site Manager. Viewer is an active and assignable role but is not used at the site-level. It's mainly for troubleshooting issues with user accounts.
