6 And the final role is Work Requester . Work Requesters are meant to only put in work tickets, not perform work, extract data, nor run reports. Of all the roles, this one has the most limited access and responsibility. Work Requesters will see a different type of dashboard when logging into a PC that tracks only work requests. When accessing the app on a mobile device, the app must be in "Request Work Only" mode or navigation will not display relevant information and tools. This role would be appropriate for front desk staff who submit and reconcile guest requests. All users, in either platform, are able to submit work tickets. Only the Work Requester is a dedicated role for the sole purpose of submitting and tracking work tickets.
