12 Mobile Device Activation Codes are available in the Report Dashboard on Transcendent and should be posted in the Engineering office somewhere. This can also be generated and scanned directly from a computer screen if you have access to run reports.
13 After registration, identify the mode you will be using. Unless your role is to enter work requests only, Perform Work should always be selected.
