This guide provides a walkthrough for tracking preventative maintenance and effectively monitoring staff productivity. 1 The Dashboard (Homepage) is the first page a user sees after they log into Transcendent. This Dashboard (for all except Work Requesters) summarizes many categories of information including work order counts and status, warnings, and performance metrics. It also serves as a launch pad for navigation as many of these items are linked to tables, menus, and details for the item selected. Not all roles can access navigation of the Dashboard, nor do they need to. Refer to permissions granted to user roles, or engage your Enterprise Administrator for more information.
