19 The list will include the inspection name, question, asset, performing user, and other useful information. This is mainly for administrative purposes. Many of these occurrences are unavoidable by the user. The majority of these should stem from the RPM Qlty Inspection performed by Chief Engineers and above property inspections performed by RDFs. Any others indicate a training issue, an attribute issue, or an issue with the inspection, all of which can be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
