Full syncs are required to sync more than just WO data, as is typically done via partial syncs (swiping down from the top of the screen or tapping Sync in the menu below the Site ID, as seen in step 2). Full syncs will ensure asset modifications, inspection changes, documents, and other major system changes, now reflect on the device as well.
