5 The Report Dashboard is a complete listing of all reports available. Reports are sorted alphabetically. Some have descriptions that summarize the information that can be found in the report, and all can either be " Run " or " Filtered ," as noted by the two blue buttons beneath each report. The " Run " button indicates there are default parameters that allow the report to generate without first selecting any filters. If the " Run " button is grayed out and un-selectable, this doesn't mean the report can't be run, it means that filters must be selected first. The " Filter " button produces a list of options to dial in report results such as due dates and ranges, inspection names, specific assets and activities, work types, users, end dates, etc. Filter options will depend on the report selected.
