12 Enter a description of the file being uploaded. In some cases many different types of documents can be associated with an event. For example, some inspections may consist of a report, test results, a list of deficiencies, certifications, photos, related emails discussing remediation, and so on. All are related but can be uploaded as separate attachments to make them easier to see.
