6 Scroll down to locate the Point Type of the asset to be uploaded. Adjust the QTY on Site count if needed. In this example, it's not necessary as the system shows two total with only one currently tagged. This leaves the one being uploaded now to meet that total. Click "Print Sheets."
Alert! The QTY On Site (the first number box) is a free-form field that should reflect a Site Manager's acknowledgement of how many of that specific type of asset is installed on site. This acts as the "finish line" for the count of assets as they are tagged and uploaded, aka, the QTY Set Up (the second number box). The QTY Set Up can only be increased and decreased by uploading or retiring assets. Once the QTY Set Up meets or exceeds the QTY On Site , a green checkmark will appear, indicating that all assets of this type have been accounted for.
