10 This will populate a form that might look a little familiar. This is the same information displayed when uploading a document to the Document Tree. Enter all necessary information, keeping in line with the naming convention for all documents. Refer to the guide titled " How to Upload a Document into the Document Tree " for further details.
11 Either type in an expiration date or choose a date from the dropdown calendar.
