Tip! Know there is a big difference between "Due Date" and "Work End Date." The Due Date is the date the work order is due. If the work order is not completed before this date passes, the work can only be "Completed Late" or " Canceled." The Work End Date is the date the work order was physically closed. The work order status must be closed (either Completed or Canceled) for a date to reflect. If the work order is open, there will be no Work End Date.
