16 Each entry is tracked in order by occurence. There may be many pages worth of activity per work order, and they can be viewed by selecting the page number at the top. Rows cannot be expanded in the window like some can through other menus; however, this log can be exported to Excel and viewed with all rows on one page by clicking the export button and selecting Excel.
Alert! It's important to know that none of the information listed in the log can be modified and reflects every action that physically took place on this work order. This is not so much "big brother" as it is figuring out what happened when errors or messages popped up, or when someone says the system crashed, or whatever the case is. This is also where unauthorized access has been found. This action can affect employment status, so it behooves everyone to make absolutely sure that no one is able to access the system through someone else’s account.
