10 Be selective about what information is being searched in each field. If searching for work orders related to room #620 and you don't know the Asset ID OR want to include both room and equipment work orders, use the "Description" field over the overall "Search" field in the upper right. The "Search" field will pull "620" from all fields including work order numbers, descriptions, Asset IDs, etc. It will not be as concise.
