Two weeks before delivery 1. The Training Delivery team sends information via email to the National Trainer containing the final details of the course, including the course summary and learner list 2. Learners receive an email containing joining instructions, relevant course information, and contact details for the National Trainer who will be delivering the course 7.5 Instructor Training recaps delivered by National Trainers – Instructor Member Enhanced Recaps are only delivered to Instructor Members as learners – Opportunities to deliver Instructor Member Enhanced Recaps are offered to National Trainers via email or by phone by the Training Delivery team on an as-needed basis. This is dependent on the timescale for the need,or if the learner has requested a specific National Trainer – National Trainers must respond within the stated response time to confirm their availability and interest to deliver. These opportunities are typically allocated for delivery on a first-come, first-served basis to a National Trainer accredited to deliver the course – The date to deliver an enhanced recap should be confirmed between the assigned National Trainer and the learner based on availability. The Training Delivery team will order any necessary materials for the learner
