MOLLY MAID Right Start Transfer Manual Copyright  2015, Molly Maid, Inc. 4.1 Taking Over Your New Business Are the arrangements, compensation and other transition responsibilities and expenses clearly defined in your purchase and sale agreement? While learning the business, how often will you be able to use the previous owner’s expertise, i.e. prior to training, during training, after training, times and duration? Will there be compensation given for using the previous owner’s time after training? Be sure to have this in writing before you sign the final purchase agreement. 4.2 Business Launch As you launch your business and initiate your business activity, you will have the knowledgeable assistance of your Franchise Consultant (FC). You will be advertising for customers and employees, interviewing, training, estimating, working with Customer Care, and a myriad of other activities. Because it is unrealistic to remember everything covered earlier in Right Start, we expect and strongly recommend that you make liberal use of your FC. No question is foolish... except those that are never asked. Although you will find it convenient to communicate most frequently with your FC, please feel free to call anyone at home office at any time. We are all committed to helping you establish and develop a satisfying MOLLY MAID business. 4.3 Initial Field Visit Your FC will schedule your Initial Field Visit approximately 4-8 weeks after you complete Initial Training. Your FC will visit you, usually for two business days. This is a structured visit where you will review all aspects of your business. The goals of this visit are to:  Ensure the fullest use of the MOLLY MAID system.  Identify unproductive or awkward procedural precedents that must be addressed.  Answer specific questions or concerns you may have.  Help you develop an action plan with which to direct your business.  Learn from you the specifics of your business that we can share with other owners to continually re-tune the franchise system to keep MOLLY MAID at the forefront of the service industry. Your field visit includes a review of: PERSONNEL  Recruiting: referrals, agencies, classifieds, other.
